Adams Handcrafted Jewelry has a 7 day return policy after receipt of your item less original shipping. Just shoot us an email, and we will work with you to get your item returned and your refund issued.
Adams Handcrafted Jewelry is dedicated to providing quality artisan jewelry and prompt, polite customer service. In the event an item contains a major construction error, returns or store credit may be applied to items postmarked within 7 days from the item receipt date for domestic orders. Please contact Adams Handcrafted Jewelry, within the specified time to arrange the exchange or return. Item must be returned in its original packaging, intact and unused, and include any original sales receipts. Items returned for reasons other than carrier damage are at the expense of the buyer, no exceptions will be made. In the case of carrier damage, please contact us via the contact form for further instructions.
A Note on color accuracy on our website concerning our products, while we make every effort to depict our products in their true color, there may be differences in color depth, contrast,brightness, tone and shade related to the differences in calibration in various computer monitor settings and technologies that Adams Handcrafted Jewelry has no control over. Due to different computer monitors/calibrations colors may vary slightly from the picture provided. Any shipping for returns due to color variance are at the buyers expense.
A Note on Semi-Precious Stones and Pearl/Glass beads. Most stones and glass materials will contain some minor defects in color, texture or internal/surface irregularities due to natural formation or inherent issues in the manufacturing process. While we try to select only the highest quality stones and glass beads, we cannot guarantee that every stone/bead will be perfect.
A Note on Natural Metals & Oxidization: Most Adams Handcrafted Jewelry copper and silver creations are constructed from raw materials (unless otherwise specified). Copper and silver will age or patina with wear / use and are treated to slow this process. This is not covered under any warranty expressed or implied. See Jewelry Care instructions to address these issues.
Most wire wrapped jewelry will contain some minor defects in color, texture or external/surface irregularities on the wire due to the construction process. While we make every effort to minimize these, we cannot guarantee that every piece of jewelry will be perfect. This is not covered under any warranty expressed or implied and are considered minor acceptable defects.
Returns and exchanges for custom requests or made-to-order products are non-returnable/refundable and will not be processed.
All payments will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, and may take 3-5 business days to process.
Note: Fees may apply if items are returned missing any materials or components. Please be sure to include all materials in the return package.
